Feropenem 200 Tablets

Feropenem is an oral antibiotic that belongs to the carbapenem class. It’s commonly used to treat a variety of bacterial infections, especially those that are resistant to other antibiotics.

How it works:

It works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, killing the bacteria. It’s broad-spectrum and effective against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.

Dosage:

Commonly 200–300 mg taken 2–3 times a day

Dosage and duration depend on the type and severity of infection, and patient’s age and renal function
