Pain Relief:
Aceclofenac+Paracetamol+Serratiopeptidase is used for pain relief. It relieves pain in conditions like headache, mild migraine, musculoskeletal pain or painful menses.

How Works
Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal phenylacetic acid derivative related to diclofenac. Like other nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDS), aceclofenac is a prostaglandin synthetase (cyclooxygenase) inhibitor, which decreases prostaglandin and leukotriene production, therefore inhibiting the inflammatory process. Paracetamol works by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins in the brain, which are involved in the perception of pain and regulation of body temperature. It is believed to exert its analgesic (pain-relieving) and antipyretic (fever-reducing) effects primarily by inhibiting the activity of the enzyme cyclooxygenase (COX), particularly COX-3, in the central nervous system. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that exhibits anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties by breaking down and reducing the formation of abnormal proteins involved in inflammation and tissue damage.
